I got a few coffees for my family here and it was awesome! The drinks were delicious and there was only one girl putting in the work!!! Her name was Wynter, she was super friendly throughout the whole transaction, even though it was packed and had just delt with a rude customer! She did a wonderful job, I am a shiftlead for a fastfood restaurant so I know how frustrating these situations are. Thank you so much keep it up!!

It was a little busy this morning before 10am and an employee named George was the only one working both the registers and making all the drinks. I saw another employee in the back who kept looking out at the line. She may have had something else to do but she did come out to assist until around 15 to 30 minutes later.

This is my first time coming to the Harrisburg international airport and this was the best experience the barista named donel helped me and my daughter and he was so polite and the other guy working made my drink wrong he refused to make my drink again and donel made my drink and gave my daughter the strawberry cake pop this is what I call professionalism and making the moment right and thank you for making my day better amazing work ! One of the worst experiences. Ever my coworker stood an wasn’t greeted. I say hello am the guy was texting an I said can u help me he said don’t worry ur good. The lady working was great. But this guy working should not be a representation of Starbucks at Harrisburg airport. As you can see in the pick he was gloveless an had got my crossaint. Which I thru away because if the unsanitary condition by him. This was 3-1-23 about 5pm.

There was one poor woman working the counter and preparing the orders in the busy airport Starbucks. The line was long, people were rude and demanding. She never once lost her cool. She maintained a sweet and kind demeanor throughout a very trying situation. And each order came out perfect. Kudos to this lady!
