Ordered a salted caramel cold brew… not only was the wait for my drink long but it also had way too much cold foam (did not ask for it that way) and no ice. Did not even bother to ask for them to redo it because I had already waited 20 minutes for the original drink.

I should not have to stop at the dunkin dinuts across the street before arriving to the mall because the Starbucks in the mall is super slow….employees especially tht super tall girl is always running her mouth about nonsense music clothes parties everything except making a freaking drink…the employees have ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY it’s like a party…God forbid you wrk in the mall plan on being away for about an hr while they laugh talk clean the counters off slowly while there are 15 ppl waiting to order….WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT !!!!

This Starbucks is the 2nd one that I have been to inside a Target that serves low quality coffee. It doesn’t follow Starbucks high quality standards. I ordered a regular black coffee and tasted like cheap hotel watery coffee. The coffee wasn’t even hot. Do not recommend.

Was there with my daughter on 08/23/19 at 3:26pm and experienced horrible service. African American lady was very rude not just to me but to several other customers. If you don’t like your job, find something else to do! I will not be going back to this Starbucks anytime soon.
