What poor customer service. I had a quick layover this past Wednesday afternoon and was barely greeted by the cashier; Abiel. He was finishing off with a customer, and as he finished, I could see his face was grim and mumbled something under his breath. I greeted him with my usual hello, followed by a meek look up and a “hurry up and order look,” proceeded to order, and paid while having not even a glance or a thank you from him after that. Never have I had such an awful service worker look like he hated his customers as much as his job.

I needed a cup of coffee and the Starbucks in the airport was across from my gate. I went to get a cup of coffee and Abiel was very helpful. He was patient with me while I had to make my selections. Being late in the day, the choices were limited. Abiel let me know what was in stock and warmed it up for me. The airport is not always the best place for coffee but Abiel made my day much better.

being a flight attendant im in and out of this airport a lot. I appreciate that this airport even has a Starbucks but other than that the workers are very rude. They always seem to have an attitude or seem miserable. I deal with difficult people all the time and I still put a smile on my face. All i did was ask for a coffee, I really didn’t give them a reason to receive that attitude I did. Online it will say they’re open but every time I go they are either closed or only accepting online orders. Therefore they aren’t doing what they are suppose to be doing, or the hours on google need to be updated. Truthfully they really just need to get an entire new staff there including the manager. I hope this place can turn it around cause interacting with people in the morning who start your day off right puts everyone in a good mood .

After waiting in a ridiculously long line i was upcharged for a Caramel macchiato that was nothing more than stale-tasting , unsweetened coffee. I would’ve taken it back but like i said , the line was super long . So much for flying out caffeinated , won’t be doing that again

What can I say, it’s Starbucks! It’s consistent with other Starbucks. The prices are higher. That is expected at the airport. There is no place to sit down here, the nearest is the food court across the way. For the most part, the staff is friendly. They can be busy from time to time so expect a little wait. Overall they are decent!

Would give 0 stars if possible. They only accept online orders despite having a functioning system. I had to make an account to order, but the online system was bugging and would not let me order. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I spent several minutes trying online and talked with them twice about it but they didn’t care and instead ignored me. (They were talking to another non Starbucks worker about ordering food). Unprofessional staff, useless ordering system unless your account works
