Although it isn’t a full-service Starbucks, the service is solid, quick, and accurate! The few bakery items they did have in stock were all delicious, as usual. This location is within the Harris Teeter on the right when you walk in the store’s front doors.

Once again terrible service from this harris teeter starbucks! I am first greeted by three staff members ignoring my existence, while I am literally the only customer there. I had to ask if the place was open before being served. They then proceeded to put sweetener in my coffee after asking for it black.

Since last five years I am regular customer to this store. I love the coffee here when compared with other SB stores. But, I strongly believe that Starbucks didn’t provide adequate training to some of the Baristas in this store.

my friend and i came to this starbucks in 90 degree weather and asked for cups of water barbra who i truly like and this post is not about, gave the waters to us no problem then my friend asked for a straw and a new asian worker i had never seen before gave me so much attitude and was overall just rude to us, we just wanted 1 straw.
