Came to pick up my mobile app order and was handed my drink without the chocolate foam cream that I had ordered. They Told me they were out of it, I asked a refund for the amount that I had paid for the chocolate foam cream and they refused to do so.

Omg, what great group of kids who work here. I watched one of the baristas there, the one with red hair, take his time to decipher an order from someone who was deaf today. He did great and she was so happy. It’s nice to see how caring the community can be. I’ll definitely be back.

Worst customer service ever and I did not even buy food or beverage. I bought merchandise, a coffe mug. I think a $15.00 coffee mug deserves to be wrapped and bagged. Red head over there did not seem to think so. He slid the mug towards me after purchase, no wrap, no bag. Unbelievable! He made every excuse not to accommodate my request. Statements like, “people buy the mugs and bring them in to fill”. Totally unrelated to what I was trying to achieve with this kid. His partner was not that bad but, silently made excuses too. Now I remember why I do not buy food or drinks there! I have to call it. Do not want too but have to. I was just too tan for him. Terrible, terrible. Baristas definitely need some diversity and customer service training.

Lightning fast and efficient! I regularly visit this Starbucks and have experienced excellent customer service with a smile. The personnel is friendly and they quickly learned my coffee specifics. My Coffee is always done right and I appreciate never having to wait.

I’m pretty much resigned to drinking whatever the baristas make for me here – 80% of the time they get my order wrong. I am from downtown San Diego where the people are coffee connoisseurs and demand great coffee from their Starbucks. At this Starbucks, I ask for no whip – they add whip, I ask for a frappucino, they make a latte. I even had a barista pushing a hot coffee at me, as she announced it as a cold drink. I asked her if they had changed their cups and only then did she look down and recognize her mistake. I took it anyway since I was in a hurry. Another time I asked for an iced coffee and again was given a regular hot coffee, instead of redoing it correctly, the barista just dumped some out and put ice in it. On another visit I ordered an Organic Chai Tea, which is on the Starbucks menu, and the barista looked at me blankly and asked, “What’s that??.” I warn my visiting family that this is “the worst Starbucks in the United States.” Sadly I will continue to come here because it is just 3 blocks away from me and there isn’t other one close by.
