The employees are sometimes extremely rude for no reason whenever I was being polite. The employees who keep talking together don’t care about how many customers she knows the customers are going to wait for no matter what ! She told me when I ask her can I pay and I come back to get my drink as always I do when I see them busy.she yelling on me around the customers and told me please go now I have a bad day today I swear to God I am not going to let what happens today be just like normal no puting my review here and I’m going because I need just time and the date and I will ask for the camera record to approve I didn’t say anything wrong to someone yelling on me and at the same time she laugh at me

I’m here on Friday April 1 @ 7:30 and the female cashier with the blonde, brown, & black braids has a horrible attitude. I was last in line but everyone else that walked up got yelled at that she was closing. She proceeded to take my order and the service was so bad she didn’t even smile, no eye contact, met with a rude “anything else “? I always walked away but have a long drive so I desperately wanted me coffee! She needs a class on Costumer Service as soon as possible!

I have a reusable cup but they insisted to make it in their disposable plastic cup and give me that to basically just throw away. So ridiculous… They could at least use a mixing cup and let me pour it instead of creating more plastic waste. This isn’t an issue at other Starbucks

Short Female with lots of makeup employee was very rude. Had a nasty attitude and gave me the wrong size for my order one cup was smaller than the other and i got charged the same for both cups and on top of that when a drink was ordered with oat milk she said “ anything else” with an attitude as if she was bothered by changing what type of milk was going to be in the drink. Never coming here again.

I am very disgusted of their Starbucks service. On my Starbucks drink, there was hair all over my drink. The employees are sometimes extremely rude for no reason whenever I was being polite. There was also flies and bugs all over the pastries as I was also waiting In line for my order.

Often closed even when it’s supposed to be open, consistently mess up orders and extremely slow bad service. The place is an embarrassment to Starbucks. There’s a real one across the street, it’s worth the walk and you’ll get your drink faster (including the walk time)

Worst customer service ever. I had to walk out of the line. I was in front of their faces and they didn’t even said hi, didn’t ask me what I wanted, not even eye contact, just talking to each other. it wasn’t busy you can check the cameras. I work in customer service and I know how this company trained their employees . I went like 10 min ago.
