I had to ask the manager at Safeway where the Starbucks employee was. 5 minutes after he paged overhead the employee wandered in. It reflects poorly on Safeway and on Starbucks to leave a shop unmanned with no indication whether the store was open or closed. When the employee wandered in to take the order there was no apology.

Very disappointed with my Starbucks drink!! Trey was the boy who took my order at the Starbucks stand – he was texting and speaking on the phone while making my drink which he didn’t make correctly. I’m pretty sure he wasn’t wearing gloves too.

One of the worst examples of customer service. No hi , no bye, no eye contact, not even one word out of Keemani’s mouth. I was the only customer in line. Such ignorant attitude makes leave this country asap. No reason to behave like that. Very upsetting.
