Horrible customer service. If you ask for no ice you get 3/4 of a drink. I called Starbucks to report and they stated this should not be happening. Customers are not charged extra for topping off an iced drink with water or lemonade. And customers should receive a full drink even if they say Ice on side or no ice. The only thing extra is additional ingredients

The employees service are great except the employee with dreads never wear gloves or wash her hands. I see her scratching her head alot and Don’t practice washing her hands. She is pleasant but not sanitary. It’s to the point now if I see her working I just by pass.
