Surprised by the reviews!! Although I get my coffee early Friday during the pre-AM-rush!! In my experience the staff is always friendly and efficient. I do order a basic menu item with no mods on the app and it’s ready for pickup by the time I arrive. I have gone through the drive-thru and ordered and the service is equally as good. Staff seem to work well together with efficiency.

I love Starbucks so I’m not going to let a few bad employees ruin my weekly trips to Starbucks HOWEVER these employees need customer relations training. My drinks have been wrong recently a couple of times, and when I ask for my drinks to be remade, it seems like there’s an issue. The attitude of the employees make you think they are losing money from their own pockets. A few weeks ago I went back to Starbucks with a drink I had ordered because it was made with cows milk, instead of oat milk, and the man working behind the counter was very rude and condescending when I asked for a new drink. Then today, I ordered a cold brew oat milk iced coffee, and when I picked it up, the milk was curdling inside. When I asked the baristas for a new drink, one of the ladies says “it’s supposed to be like that.” Well next time she should drink it if she thinks it’s supposed to be like that. I can’t believe that even came out of her mouth. Yes, this barista said my milk is supposed to curdle. I asked for my drink to be remade with almond milk because I didn’t trust the oat milk they had. When the drink was remade, it didn’t taste like there was the added syrup and cinnamon I asked for. I took my drink home and added it myself.

The Java chip Frappuccino is always my favorite. My daughter usually likes to get a Frappuccino that’s fancy and has all kinds of different things on it. And is the latest sensation on the Internet. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. I know Frappuccino‘s is one of the most difficult things for them to make. But I’ve never had a problem. The store always clean the staff is friendly and the seating area is organized and clean as well. I do recommend this Starbucks. I know they’re working hard and it can be difficult with some of the customers but they’re trying.

They shut down the place at 4:30 except for drive thru. The staff is yukking it up at a party or some such inside the locked Starbucks. This seems to be a strike with plausible deniability that it is a strike.

This particular location is awful. I occasionally try it again here and there in hopes they have improved, but I’m done giving them my business. Just asked for a grande hot coffee with basic cream and sugar and was handed barely luke warm, if not cold, coffee. With having already turned onto York Rd and being fed up with this location and their lack of ability to make basic coffee, it wasn’t even worth turning around to get corrected. Also, about a week ago, I asked for a decaf from drive thru and was asked to pull my car in front to wait – fine – but proceeded to wait 20 minutes for them to bring it out when they had very few actual customers. The staff at this location is slow, they are not professional, they are untrained and not friendly. I’m done giving them the benefit of the doubt and will stick with the Timonium location which is absolitely amazing, or driving however long is necessary to another Starbucks location just to avoid this one.

DISAPPOINTING!!! I TRULY do not know why for the life of me, why this particular Starbucks is so STINGY with their chocolate when making their drinks. I pay almost $7.00 for a drink which is supposed to include chocolate and I barely get a teaspoon; when in fact the drink, which is a Mocha actually calls for 5 to 6 pumps! WHY are you guys SO STINGY and CHEAP, CHEATING people out of what they pay for????!!!!!! – – BTW, why is it that the cup always looks like the drink starts 5 to 6 inches from the top of the cup??? – PLEASE STOP CHEATING People out of their hard earned money!
