I can say that I love Starbucks but in this place there is a guy who takes too long to make a coffee… he is with his cell phone and the ones that are left over take a glass and drink it in front of the customer, it is the first time I have seen this.

My daughter picked up a chai tea latte for me because I am sick! When I got it even though they wrote 7pumps, it clearly does not have 7 pumps of chai! Way to expensive to get this stuff wrong!

Hot Grande blonde plain latte with SOUR MILK. Either the milk had expired or it was sitting out too long. Either way, my stomach paid the price later that day. Ever since this location turned into a drive-through it’s been terrible, just don’t even go there. Choose the Marriott, Giant, Safeway, or new town locations if you want fresh milk in your latte.

Great Strawberry Refreshers and the staff are always awesome. They can be crowded at times because theres only 1-2 pol working behind the counter unlike at the regular Starbucks but it’s absolutely worth it in the end. If you’re already needing to go to a grocery store, it’s really convenient to take away an extra stop.

I just went to Starbucks and had the worst experience. When I approached I politely said hello and the barista didn’t even acknowledge it. When I went to order I was cut off and told I had to order something else, this happened twice. I then proceeded to order something else and the barista continued to have an attitude. As they were making my drink they stopped to complain to a coworker about their new schedule. I understand this can be frustrating but should not be taken out on paying customers.

The barista doesn’t know how to make a regular cappuccino with more room and when the I drank the coffee it was just foam without the actual drink, and there was no Splenda that was requested for. I asked her to remake the coffee, she was reluctant to make it again. She tried to explain me how a cappuccino actually is, seriously! And when I thought she is going to remake my coffee, as expected she just added some milk and gave it back to me. One of worst experience at Starbucks I had.

Posted hours are not observed. Even though the note on the door says “Cafe closed , use drive through “. That is closed as well. I understand being short staffed but I wouldn’t have made the trip if the hours were adjusted online.

This is a very busy location. Their down time is often short lived. Staff is friendly and attentive. They do their best even with the rude “intitled” patrons.

Came here at 7:10 PM and the employee said she’s about to take a break and we would have to wait 15 minutes to order. We didn’t have the time to wait so left. There should definitely be more than 1 person working here!!
