I think Starbucks corporation need check this location. They never have food available. And even if they have it, then their oven is brokenand also they often break down the machine that produces Expresso. Personally, my opinion is that I think that lazy workers work there.

This place was amazing until all the good staff left. They are constantly understaffed, cannot keep the good staff they had or do get more then they last maybe a few months tops. It has just turned into a complete mess of not opening on time, running out of products, and no one seeming to know what is going on. Safeway needs to get their act together and do something before they lose all their customers, coming here used to be super convenient, now I am better off just driving the extra ten minutes down the road. Do better.

So, I don’t know if these are checked, but the coffee has been AWFUL lately. I don’t think the right ratios/grind is being used, cause it has been actual mud the past two trips. Iced coffee too, not just hot. I just think a refresher on coffee:water, grind is in order. Its pretty bad, y’all.

Since everyone left and they’ve had other employees from other locations fill in, it’s terrible. The employees don’t even want to be at this location you can tell with the attitude your given. Whip cream I am told is Dafeway but they’re out for 2 weeks straight at a time. The line goes to produce most mornings. You get something you don’t recognize as your usual drink the last 2 years, so you know what it should taste like!

This Starbucks location is terrible now , all the old staff is gone . They use to be great ,no long lines now your waiting 5-10 min just for them to take your order. Everyone use to be super friendly now the new workers are rude and act like they don’t want to be there . They never have what you ask for now , which is crazy . I’ve been going to this location for years without a problem , but as of now I will never go back. .
