I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks today! The Mocha Cookie Crumble I ordered was absolutely delicious – the perfect balance of chocolatey goodness and coffee flavor. But what really made my visit memorable was the exceptional service I received from the baristas. They were friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to make sure my drink was made just the way I wanted it. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the store was very clean. Overall, I highly recommend this location to any coffee lover looking for a great cup of coffee and top-notch service.

This Starbucks is on the GMU campus. It is mostly run by students. It is definitely not as fast or as accurate as other locations, I would bet that is because they have a higher employee turnaround. If you’re in a rush, it’ll do, just be ready with a second choice because they seem to run out of things a lot. I usually prefer the location up on Main street, which is only about a mile and a half away.

It’s pretty much a regular starbucks. However, it’s not very clean. Many of the condiment stations and tables are in disrepair. I get that you can’t keep clean during rush time, but you’d hope they could do better than this.

One of the baristas (don’t know her name, but it was a white female wearing a black mask), was very rude to me and appeared annoyed when I was ordering a drink from there. That as a result, ruined my day. Please do better, and teach your baristas kindness.

Employees doesn’t don’t know menu and drink plus they don’t wanna listen to you what you are talking, but that’s ok for employees what about supervisor Kelly she don’t know menu, with explanation that they don’t have that drink in system plus overcharging for a drinks, never agin.

i waited almost an hour for my drink because they forgot to make it, and then they didn’t include my add ins and had to keep asking for my order behind the counter. when i told one of the employees that i was waiting for a while he was short with me and argued.

I’m tired of being charged for a grande coffee when ordering a tall. The baristas don’t always say the amount and just tell me to use the app or credit card to pay. A few times they acted offended when I asked how much I was being charged.
