The woman working the counter always seems to be out of it. I am not sure why but she does get everything right most of the time. It is much slower than a normal Starbucks being inside of the giant (the worker can sometimes be pretty distracted and you end up waiting a long time). It’s nice to have a Starbucks here but the customer service needs work.

Worst Starbucks. Keep messing up my drink, don’t know how to take an order especially customized orders. First they would ask me what I want, then they would ask me to repeat so they can write it down. Like you could’ve done it the first time?!?

The staff doesn’t know how to make customized drinks, I asked for 2% milk, she told me they are not like an usual Starbucks. I asked them to redeem my gift card, she had no idea how to do it and told me to insert my gift card into the debt card machine. She also didn’t bother to ask her coworker and when I asked her to , her coworker was very rude and grumpy. I also had to wait for a long time for my drink. I think this may be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and it completely ruined the Starbucks’ reputation.

SLOW and unhelpful. Instead of making your order when you actually order, the barista batched three people in a row and we all had to wait. Then the barista decided to clean the entire station between beverages. It’s like an apocalypse movie.

This Starbucks consistently tries to charge me nearly $1 more for my iced coffee than a stand alone Starbucks charges. I have shown the employees on my app that they are overcharging and asked for an explanation for how they justify charging more than Starbucks allows but have been unable to get a response. I’ve stopped buying my drinks from the store and walk to Dunkin Donuts instead.
