Easy to find. Average customer service. I got an iced coffee in a reusable container. I selected Starbucks because there were no vending machines nearby. I was lucky to be first in line. The rush crowd came in and the line was very long behind me.

the store looked nice and clean. I would really recommend, considering it’s one of the few Starbucks on base! the coffee was good and the barista, Nathan, was amazing! the best barista i have ever had. He was fast and knew what he was doing. Also he as very nice and had a very cute hat on with a hair net! very good!

I rarely give a one star reviews. I usually go back a few times to give the place a chance. Maybe someone is having a bad day. Someone called in sick and short staff. This place is been consistently horrible. The workers are rude and don’t help you out with other options. I “DO NOT” recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else.

One of the baristas is top notch! Very friendly attentive and hardworking! The mgr is great too. One is not friendly at all and gives a lot of attitude for simple requests. Seems like she doesn’t want to be there. Hopefully mgmt can speak to all employees to covey at least a neutral attitude when helping customers

Great Service! Very efficient and entertaining. There was a very attractive brown skin gentleman who had my drink ready within seconds after my transaction was completed. It was the best Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino I’ve ever had ❤️❤️❤️

This Starbucks location on base is by far my favorite to go to. Yes, there is a line, but there is a reason, they are simply amazing. They take pride in what they do and it shows day in and day out. From the cleanliness of the store (which is a big deal anyways, but in a hospital during covid, above and beyond) to the smile on their faces even when they are short handed and super busy. This is a Starbucks where you want to spend your money…..plus they’re the only location on base that serves nitro…..another check in the win column for me!!!
