As a loyal Starbucks customer I was very much displeased with my visit at this particular location at 10:00am. As any typical Starbucks location, you’ll have a busy crowd during particular times of the day so the staff should be aware and prepared for the rush. It took about a good 5 minute wait just to get service as the staff was bustling around trying to serve the customers who had already paid. Finally got service after that wait, BUT then had to wait another 5 minutes after taking my order to simply pay. I had my Gold Card in my hand after the cashier took my order and was ready to hand it over to her, but ended up having to wait while she does other tasks. With the long wait for orders I decided to sit back down to get some tasks done for work as it took a good 10 minutes to finally get my drink in my hand after finally paying.

One staff makes my order then ignores the fact she made them and dont let me know those are ready while waiting on 5 different people then she says oh your drinks are ready over here. She appears disengage and cant walk and chew gum at the same time.

HORRIBLE Customer service, I understand he was having trouble with system and I didn’t complain not one time I waited patiently I asked to pay tab separately didn’t happen also i didn’t complain about it just paid then I asked a question and was given attitude. I heard him cussing he was losses but doesn’t have to take it out on customers!!!! I’ve worked customer service before I understand it gets crazy but doesn’t need to be so rude

Ok I Very disappointing!! When I arrived at 915 am I had to wait over 5 mins for a staff member to even arrive , then was told that they don’t take the Starbucks holiday rewards cards for a free drink after you buy 5, which I don’t understand how any Starbucks can not accept these since they are from the company.
