This is a convenient Starbucks located inside Martin’s grocery store. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast. This location also has a very spacious sitting area, which is a bonus. I ordered a black hot Americano. It really was good. I definitely recommend stopping here for a drink.

It’s 4:45 Saturday and they are closed . The Starbucks across the street didn’t have any WV Been There Mugs. This one does!!! But but but they were closed. I already have 1 to collect and want to get another to use. I decided to check Martin’s Customer Service, and Yes YES YES!!! He was able to ring it up!! Woohoo!! Thank you!!! Now, I’m heading up extra happy!!

If you purchase a Frappuccino taste it before leaving the store. I started coming to the martins Starbucks because the Charles town Starbucks always screws up your drinks, they forget key ingredients like the sweetener. I got a Frappuccino today from martins get home, taste the drink and it’s disgusting. No sweetener. I’m sorry when you pay 7.00 for a drink this shouldn’t happen. This is just the final straw with me and Starbucks. Im going to use all points and be done with Starbucks for good. I was buying Starbucks every day for my coworker and I. They will not get another dime from me. I was spending roughly 300 a month at Starbucks but not anymore. I’m done wasting my money on subpar overpriced drinks.

Everytime I have come here (Starbucks in Martin’s, Charlestown) I get extremely watered down drinks. The strawberry refresher I ordered looked and tasted like slightly pink water.

friendly, but always short staff and have to wait 15-20 mins than the coffee taste off. when there not short staff, its fabulous. If you only see two people behind the counter and its morning time and there is a few people waiting for coffee don’t waste your time. I don’t blame the staff it’s not their fault, there working hard, and I feel bad for them. They need to hire more people or have back up plans when they are short. I like the Starbucks on Somerset Rd, the coffee taste doesn’t change based on staff shortage

I travel a lot with my job and this is the worst ran Starbucks I think I’ve ever found. Randomly closed all the time during peak hours. Constantly showing that they are out of caramel drizzle when they in fact have it and I’ve reminded them 5 times 2to update the server so that it can be ordered online. It’s a terribly ran business and a disgrace to the Starbucks franchise

I’m surprised at the bad reviews as this has not been my experience here at all. I love Starbucks, so was thrilled when they opened this one in Charles Town. Every time I’m there, the barrister are very nice and friendly and I have always gotten a good cup of coffee from them . Not to contradict other reviews, as I can only speak to my experience there, but it’s worth going if you like Starbucks.
