This is the Starbucks inside Target. Some people are reviewing the one at 1447 here which is the one across the parking lot. Anyway, the quality of the drinks is always a toss up. Tastes different EVERY time. Sometimes great, sometimes it’s so bad I cant finish.

An Average Amount
It’s the best Starbucks in Burlington my coffee is always made right there, I do wish the baristas would be a little more patient. I’m hard of hearing and can’t read lips when someone is wearing a mask so they do get a little frustrated when I ask them to repeat themselves. Which is understandable as I am young and you wouldn’t expect me to be unable to hear well.

I’ve never had issues with baristas before but the one I had today had a horrible attitude. I ordered my drink then claimed “if you’re going to order that then you might as well just order a latte.” It wasn’t said in the nicest way. I barely leave reviews but it seemed like I’d hit a nerve by ordering my drinks…? Not sure what I did but he was semi nice to the people behind me. Maybe he was having a bad day. Do better.

I asked for a shaken espresso with chocolate. My shaken chocolate espresso had additional sweetener in it (tasted like a nut syrup?) and was too sweet to drink. Extremely disappointed. I waited over 10 minutes for my drink. I asked for a muffin, and was told they were out, but had danishes, so I paid for a danish. They then told me that they actually didn’t have danishes, but did have a pumpkin bread. She gave it to me and then said “it costs more, but I won’t charge you” as if she was doing me a favor? My toddler was disappointed to not get the snack he asked for, or the 2nd snack he picked. I will likely not be back.

I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks. The service is great. I’ve been to other Starbucks next door but the wait is always so long and the workers move with no urgency. Saman always has a smile and makes sure that my drink is made just right.

Worst Starbucks experience of my life. It took overall 25 minutes from standing in a line of no people to getting my drinks. The people behind the counter were so uninterested, and when they missed my drink they told me I was wrong and they were so upset that they had to “remake” a drink I never received.

This unfriendly Starbucks will charge you full price for a refill unless you bought the first cup in their store. Utterly ridiculous. I’d like to think that this is a short-sited decision made by the young (25ish) person behind the counter, but I fear it’s poor management.
