Store looks awesome, very big. Staff is great and fast. Only negative thing is that there’s always so many flies, when I pickup a mobile order there are just flies in and on the food. I’m sure they are already working on something to make it better, we’ll see!

The low reviews are not out of place…depends on who’s working. Waited 20 minutes for two brewed coffees inside; the food actually came out first. If someone is just getting basic coffee, fix that after the order is complete. Many Starbucks stores do that. Have someone dedicated to the in-cafe register, greet folks and wipe down counters, keep napkins refilled, etc. There were five people working so certainly not short staffed. It’s new – the basics have to be worked out first.

My first time going to this new Starbucks expecting to be welcomed properly by staff like I have in all other Starbucks I’ve gone to. Not at all what my experience was.. This place may have a nice appearance, that doesn’t take away from the staff here needing to be trained on mannerism against ALL races or needs to GO.

I love this brand new location. They’re usually really with my order. Thaey also has great customer service. My order has been wrong twice, and they’ve corrected both times without a problem. I will definitely be returning to this location. It’s also a bonus that they’re really close to my home.

I purchased two items online and arrived approximately the time that the app said the orders would be ready. They were not, and it took 10 minutes longer to get the order once I got there. There. In addition, I ordered a black iced tea lemonade, but when I went to pick up the order I was told they were out of black tea. I ended up changing it to green tea but it should have told me on the app before ever got there.

My first time was absolutely amazing and then I came back and was so disappointed I almost never came back . Brett is absolutely amazing though she is so nice and she does a little melody when she says my name and it makes my day. Whoever the guy was the previous day was rude . Brett is literally the only reason I come back . I go out of my way to come to this one rather than Knightdale because Brett customer service is just that great !
