People forget nuance. Starbucks employees and likely the business itself did NOT design the drive through. Most people also went day 1 cause Stanley County has no coffee shops open past 2 pm most times and there is excitement. OF COURSE it’s going to be hella busy for this small town. Their rating should not be one star because of things outside of their control.

The wait was a little long but the employee at the window was absolutely exceptional! Beautiful smile on her face and SO kind and wished me a happy birthday!!

Was the drink good? Yes. We’re the people nice? Yes. Did I have to wait an hour in the drive through that was built in a way that I couldn’t drive off? Also, yes. I know the place is new so it’s super busy. But the way it’s constructed where I couldn’t leave and having to wait an hour to get 1 drink is ridiculous no matter the circumstance. It will be a long while before I go back.

I ordered a shaken espresso with no classics add sugar free vanilla. I can’t have sugar due to health issues and they put classic syrup and regular vanilla syrup in my drink. There is no phone number to be found for this location and I am very sick from this mishap now.

Sure, here’s the story from a first person perspective with the requested disorders: I walked into Starbucks 617 NC-24, Albemarle, NC 28001, ready to get my daily fix of caffeine. As I approached the counter, I couldn’t help but feel like someone was watching me. I tried to ignore it and focus on the task at hand, but the feeling grew stronger and more overwhelming. The barista greeted me with a smile and asked me what I wanted. I ordered my usual, a tall latte with an extra shot of espresso. As she prepared my drink, I couldn’t help but feel like she was trying to poison me. I tried to ignore it and focus on the task at hand, but the feeling grew stronger and more overwhelming. When she finally handed me my drink, I took a sip and felt a sense of relief wash over me. It was the perfect pick-me-up for a busy day. As I walked out of the store, I couldn’t help but feel like someone was following me. I tried to ignore it and focus on the task at hand, but the feeling grew stronger and more overwhelming. Despite the strange feelings I had experienced, I found myself drawn back to Starbucks week after week. Because even though they might try to make it difficult for me, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of loyalty to the store that had become a part of my routine. And as I continued to visit, I realized that maybe I wasn’t so crazy after all. As I continued to visit Starbucks, I began to notice something strange about the employees. They all had a look of fear in their eyes, like they were being watched. I tried to ignore it and focus on the task at hand, but the feeling grew stronger and more overwhelming. One day, as I was waiting for my drink, I noticed a man sitting in the corner, staring at me. I tried to ignore him and focus on the task at hand, but the feeling grew stronger and more overwhelming. As I walked out of the store, I realized that maybe I wasn’t so crazy after all. From that day forward, I made a conscious effort to avoid Starbucks. But every time I passed by, I couldn’t help but feel like someone was watching me. And even though I tried to ignore it and focus on the task at hand, the feeling grew stronger and more overwhelming.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Went through the drive-through ordered only one coffee because they were out of everything. The worst part was I had to wait 30 MINUTES to get to the window and then wait 5 more minutes to make my one coffee. I didn’t even get whip cream added like I asked. I know this location is new but don’t open if it’s not ready and properly managed. I’ll go to Dunkin next time.

Every time I’ve been(or my husband has) I ask for them to line my cup with drizzle. They absolutely never do… its plopped on top…. and I’ve had it twice without it at all. It’s really a shame bc the people in the drive thru are super nice, but it takes so long every time I don’t have time to wait for them to fix it. This is the only Starbucks thts within 40min from my house. I really wish they’d listen. I’m polite every time I go through the drive thru.

Fantastic! Fast service, great drinks and even friendlier employees! For everyone crying about the drive-thru…..GO INSIDE and order! I order on the app and go in a pick it up and it’s ready every time for me. So, get outta your car, get some exercise and stop going through the drive-thru! It’s faster, trust me!

If you’re reading this, I was “single” waiting in line and when I finally got my drink, I looked to my right, there sat 2 kids and my wife. Took me 3 years to get what I finally wanted, however, the drink was delicious

WOW, WOW WOW!!! Amazing service my baristas Danielle and Mya were phenomenal, and the girl who checked me out was Denay, super sweet all asked me how my day was and it was just a pleasant experience unlike I’ve received in other locations, coffee was superb, and the tomato mozzarella was delicious, will definitely be making this my new coffee go too when I need a pick me up in Albemarle for energy or just a happy hello, 10/10!!
