Lovely Liberian
The only reason I gave them a star is because it wouldn’t allow me to not give them one. I am absolutely disgusted and mortified by what I experienced. As a former Starbucks employee of three years I never thought this would be my experience. I came looking for some back to shoes for my daughter. Being pregnant after walking around looking in the hot sun I started to feel light headed and thirsty. I saw the Starbucks and was so relieved. I went up to the window and asked for a trenta ice water. The guy at the window directed me towards the end. I thought he just wanted me to go to the second window. The girl who was at the end was making drinks so I stood there and she didn’t come to the window. I went back to the guy and asked him again and he told me the drinks are at the end. I go back to the end and see a water canteen like they have for football and some cups and straws outside. As a pregnant woman ( visibly pregnant ) I am not able to use that because it has been sitting outside. For how long I don’t know but the cups just being exposed outside is a safety precaution for my unborn child and I. I go back to the window and ask him again kindly for a cup with ice water. He informs me that he is not able to do that but I am free to help myself to as much water from the outside area as I would like. I tell him I can’t do that and tell him I can pay him for an ice water from the enclosed area. He tells me that I’m not able to do that either. At this point of time I’m feeling like I’m going to faint and I’m getting upset because all I want is some ice water. I then ask if I can pay for a drink and get some ice water instead. He looks in the air thinking for a second and says okay. Which then frustrates me either further. I decided to actually get a drink that I didn’t want and ask him for some ice water on the side. They make my drink and give me a cup of ice on the side. At this point I’m so frustrated I’m feeling woozy and I’m crying uncontrollably. I had no choice but to leave and go to my car. I’m happy that I didn’t pass out behind the wheel. It’s a shame that I wouldn’t even be treated like that at McDonald’s. Im so disgusted and in disbelief by this I haven’t been able to bring myself to return to Starbucks since. If this is the kind of treatment I may potentially receive again I will no longer return. I do understand that Starbucks is a large corporation and me no longer shopping will not effect them. I extend grace to baristas being that I was once in their shoes and am very understanding of most things but this was absolutely unacceptable. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.

The service was terrible. I order my drink online a frapéchino and a refresher, I waited at least half an hour for my drinks and when they finally came out the frappe was melted and the refresher was watered down. I usually come to starbucks and I am very unsatisfied by this visit and will be sure not to this starbucks my business again.

took 30mins to get a drink had to ask for a refund after they lost my order. sad they still having trouble getting orders out as they come in. i normaly dont have problems today did. they keep blaiming it on covid is why they cant get the orders out.

Since this is the only one at the outlets, expect long wait times. For the amount of people who seem to always be congregated around this booth, the drinks come out fast. Mobile orders through the Starbucks app are a must if yo want to just drop by and pick something up. I say that, yet there was one time where I placed a mobile order on the other side of the grounds and wasn’t even ready when I went up there. Still better than waiting in line. The grounds around the Starbucks are always clean and there are tables and chairs to sit at while you wait for your order.

I had not been out for quite some time due to health issues. The Starbucks kios was a welcome site for me at the Steele Crerk Outlet Mall, Charlotte,, NC. Location is perfect. Customer service was excellent. My extra mocha ice coffee was delicious.

I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew yesterday which was not what I got. I don’t know what it was but I took 2 small sips and had to throw it out. It was terrible. As a former partner, I understand that the cold brews can be somewhat tricky to make but I couldn’t even drink it and for the amount of money I pay for each drink I would at least expect it to be drinkable. I didn’t bother bringing it back because the line was long and I don’t want spit in my drink.

Don’t care for Starbucks. Don’t care for their attitudes, ESPECIALLY when the coffee is extremely expensive. I basically have made a promise to NOT buy ANY Starbucks products in grocery stores as well. It’s too bad because I do love certain whole bean coffees for home brewing. Oh well.
