Located in the Ingles Market, this was a quick stop for a coffee to sip while waiting for the deli to complete my order and shop the rest of the store. A short blonde and while the blonde roast is quite light, this time it was a bit more burned than usual. Did they give me a Pike’s Place roast instead? No idea.

It is sad to see this location continue to struggle with how to run efficiently. I come here all the time – I ALWAYS mobile order. We seem to go through periods of time of not knowing how to sequence but I always ignore because I realize people may be training. Now of recently I have noticed that we are ignoring mobile order and making them when convenient. Sorry but I thought the purpose to mobile ordering was so my drink was ready when I got there and I wasn’t waiting the ridiculous amount that it takes normally to get my beverage. Today I came in to get my drink that I had ordered 8 mins prior and realized they were busy so I was patient. For the next 5 minutes I watched the drinks that were ordered after mine be placed in front of me. I then see that my sticker is just placed up on the espresso machine chilling with four other stickers that are mobile orders. I then point to my drink and ask if she can make my beverage which she looks at me like I am crazy. I then watch her make 6 other beverages – all of the mobile orders that were after mine…trust me I checked. I asked to speak to a supervisor- who of course apologized and then went to offer me a card for a what $4 off (my drink was almost $8) I refused! That wasn’t why I was saying something – you are causing upset customers who loyally keep coming because we love Starbucks. Please correct this in your locations as this is not the only place I have seen this be done.

It was a standard Starbucks kiosk in and Ingles store. They were careful with my order, and since I ordered half-caff coffee. It was well prepared. They have a reputation for making concoctions that taste good but but have high calorie count and high amounts of sugar.

Nice atmosphere here this is the place to be on a Sunday afternoon relaxing sipping coffee at Starbucks in Barnes and Noble. The staff is pleasant, courteous helpful, and knowledgeable on both sides(Starbucks & B &N. I Definitely will be back next Sunday. Love y’all☺☺

I am not the biggest fan of starbucks but this specific location (26 Carl Alwin Place, Asheville) is fantastic. Everyone is always so nice and my drinks always taste great! The one time my drink didnt taste right they went above and beyond to fix it (the cold brew was running low). This is my favorite starbucks in the area
