The girl taking the orders with the nose ring is rude and acts like anyone that makes an order is a bother to her but the one making the drinks with the different color hair is awesome and very friendly

I’ve picked up drinks here probably 5 or 6 times over the past month. The staff is usually friendly however, the drinks are not usually made up to Starbucks corporate standards. When my Normal go to drink tasted a bit off I asked if it was made to SB recipe to be told they sent a corporate store so things can be done differently. Sadly this also applies to how points are accumulated and spent. You can’t redeem stars here. Be aware when you buy a beverage it could be a mixed bag of what they put in it, allergies be damned

This visit to Starbucks was made by my wife, and my name was recorded because we share an Ingles grocery store account in Hayesville, NC. However, I can report that she raves about the Starbucks service st this Ingles as well as from the entire staff at the grocery store. We both appreciate the friendly service as well as the attention to little details that make us enjoy shopping there and relaxing there at Starbucks and there deli and salad and olive bar! They are “10 plus” in everything they do!!
