I wish I knew the young ladies name that was working yesterday all by herself around 5 pm! She was so good….taking orders and fulfilling orders. She was not messing around. I was amazed at her…she never got frustrated or complained about being alone.

If you spend that much on coffee you expect it to at least taste good. I ordered a sugar cookie frappe and a hot chocolate. They were out of mocha, as well as the baked goods I wanted. The coffee in my drink taste old and we received a white hot chocolate that was half full and it was also nasty.

I customized my coffee and used points. Asked the cashier a question to ensure my points were coming off. The one other cashier in there got an attitude and shook her head before asking if she could help the next person. Way to keep customers coming back! My normal store is 5 points. This NEVER would have happened there!
