Went in to Starbucks for an order of a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and saw that there was an abundant fly problem along with a general uncleanness? Workers all seemed to mean well, but the store itself has definitely seen better days. Don’t personally recommend going here if you need a quick meal.

I was trying to order a drink and they had no ice. first red flag. i ordered an ice matcha latte with oat milk. i usually get syrup in a cup on the side, and i notice little fruit flies in the syrup. the really kind employee apologised so much and remade it with a different syrup and confided in me with the fact they’ve been struggling with bug problems as of late. she told me that she’s doing her best and it’s so hot all the time, which i also noticed. I literally broke a sweat in there and it kind of stunk. I wanted a cake pop but after noticing the huge dead bugs in the display I genuinely got a little sick and decided against it. I already spent my Money so i guess it’s fine, but my vacation to South Carolina was ruined due to my bad drink. It made my tummy hurt. the poor employees have no support and the manager is very rude as are the other higher ups. what a waste.

Truly disgusting. I walk in to get my strawberry frappe and i see flies buzzing around the room and all on the walls. They even got into the powder mixes so they must have fly eggs in there. On my way to the counter two massive roaches ran across my shoes and into the back. How do you even have a starbucks like this? It was awful. This store does NOT represent starbies. Needs new management.

The service is quite mid at this location ,staff not that friendly. I was in the process of ordering 3 coffee drinks and a refresher for my staff when I asked can I get a cup of ice the young lady proceeded to say we don’t have no ice, with confusion on my face I cancelled all drinks because she blatantly lied to my face.

Mixed bag in terms of the consistency of your drinks; I can order the same drink five days in a row and it can be done well or done poorly every time; 50/50 chance you get what you ordered tasting the way it’s supposed to. Not only that, but they’re typically understaffed. There shouldn’t be ONE person on staff handling a rush. At minimum there should be two to three people, but multiple times I’ve gone in and there’s one person running the register and making coffee at the same time.

Probably the worst starbucks in the state of SC ! And I travel alot. Bunch of kids working and drinks are always horrific! And it takes 45 min to get your drink cause 1 person is working and the rest are peaking from the back door.

The Baristas are just not paying attention to a simple order . We asked for a caramel and a mocha . We mean two separate drinks . Then they try to argue . Y’all better be glad I didn’t cut up . I just feel bad for target because they gotta deal with stupid people at Starbucks.
