First and last time I will be there I was not greeted and I approached and said hello. I was snapped at when I said mocha instead of macchiato and he disgustedly threw the pen in the plastic container snatched the receipt off the printer handing it to me and didn’t say another word. Celeste was very kind but the partner was absolutely so rude. Was roughy between 530 and 6 on 6/5/22.

This location located in the Kroger on Hwy 85 South is a decent in-store location. They are pretty quick and efficient if you need some coffee or specialty drink. I usually go here to pick something quick when shopping and it my wife wants something while she is at work. This in store location is clean and has some seating available if you want to take a load off your feet for a few minutes.

Their Maple pecan latte is terrible, towards the evening hours their workspace is unclean, customer service is lackluster, Starbucks online ordering does not work here, lastly there is a nice lack of management so if you need anything just do yourself a favor and go across the street. Honestly I’ve been holding off on this review because I like the location because it is very convenient but honestly, it’s time for the truth to come out.
