I was there yesterday around 11:30am and I wanted to try the new flavor of frapuccino and sandwich but the girl said she had not the ingredients for the sandwich and no chocolat, I ask another kind of coffe and sandwich and she said she had no bread and no coffe… the worse service. She make me feel like she don’t want to service me because I’m mexican, because I saw how she gave coffe to the person before me. How is possible she had no coffe, no ice, no chocolat just starting the sale? Also the tables were dirty with trash on it and some kind of liquid, very bad service

Usually I’ll only post a review if it’s a bad one but this is a special case. I ALWAYS avoid the Starbucks across the street at Target because those baristas have horrible attitudes and their stuff is always watered down. I want to give a shout out to the Starbucks at Kroger on Caroline Street specifically CJ for being One of the best baristas in Georgia! He can make one mean peach green tea, love it! Keep up the good work guys

This Starbucks is located inside of Kroger. VERY subpar. It was out of stock for some of the featured refreshers and didn’t have what I wanted. The barista was not very helpful on top of the alternate drink I ordered being unpleasant. A really bum experience and a waste of $7.00.) Do not recommend this location AT ALL.

Starbucks needs to train their employees that work on the sites inside of Kroger. Completely unprofessional behavior, nothings ever stocked, and they just do whatever they want at all times and don’t care about the customer. Avoid it unless you’re desperate.

I think this is the original downtown Atlanta Starbucks: for 20+ years a sound choice for coffee and nibbles. Can get jammed when GSU classes let out but not usually packed.

I ordered a venti with light ice. Not only did I get a hefty amount of ice, but it wasn’t even full. This is how it looked when I went to pick it up! I didn’t have time to say anything it was early in the morning, I just grabbed my drink and left. I definitely will not be returning. AND they couldn’t scan my app for my points so I couldn’t receive points because they’re system doesn’t have the capability. All around sub par experience.
