The service here at Starbucks is impeccable.. The Manager Sarah, Jordan, Christina, Abby are the best always welcoming with smiling faces.. Jordan always makes my Grande Cafe Mocca with designs on it which is always welcoming to see.. Awesome staff!!!!! They definitely rock when it comes to hospitality and coffee..

Was just denied the ability to get my coffee order in my mug due to “Covid policies.” I was told this by a woman in a face shield which does not prevent the spread of Covid. Your policies limiting customer choice do not protect us if your employee are not in appropriate face coverings

Without a doubt the worst Starbucks I go to. Of the dozens and dozens of times I’ve gone over the years they have NEVER had any drink carries in stock so I have to make several trips back and fourth to my car when I get drinks for everyone else. Also almost everytime I try to get egg bites I ask before I get them and they say they have the ones I want, then after I pay and I’m waiting they say “oh we don’t have any of the ones you want, are these ones ok?” I literally asked BEFORE I ordered them and you supposedly checked and said you had them! Also almost every other time we go they manage to mess up at least one of our drinks, how does someone order an iced almond milk latte and you literally only fill the cup with ice and almond milk, absolutely no coffee in it whatsoever? I only still go because the only actual coffee shops in town are usually closed when I come through, this place needs to get it together.

I didn’t get kicked out but I did order something and I spent a lot of time there. Everyone had bought something that was in the building but most people were camped out in the seats. A lot of patrons put their coats in chairs so no one could sit next to them. We were very tired and noticed that there was no privacy. Everyone was ease dropping to our conversations and voyeurism. Weird.
