Ordered a tall peppermint mocha only to get home and discover the cup half full and it was a hot chocolate (???). The label literally says peppermint mocha. Hello? Then my toasted white hot chocolate was actually a mocha with caffeine in it. Hello??? How do you mess up that bad? This is the second or third time I’ve had issues at this Starbucks. Not going back.

I am ALWAYS willing to go out of my way to go to specifically this Starbucks. The women here are so friendly and actually know how to make a good drink—if I see the older black woman who works here when I go, then I KNOW the drink is about to be delicious, and she’s always so kind and patient despite the long lines (and the fact that there’s usually only one or two people working here at a time)

This is the best Starbucks in Athens. There’s usually only one or two ladies working here, and they make GREAT coffee. Please tip them and give them props for an awesome job. The way they maintain product quality despite ridiculously long lines and sometimes unfriendly customers is really impressive.

My most recent experience with this Starbucks was wonderful! They had three people working and got the orders out fast. The middle-aged worker was super nice as she went out of her way to show me how to scan my app for points. Employees like this who go above and beyond for their job is what makes a business great.

Props and mad respect to the baristas here! Sometimes there’s one barista and sometimes two. It’s not easy working at a coffee shop and it’s worse working at the coffee shop at a grocery store. This star bucks always seems busy and the baristas definitely need more employees to help or more pay. They are hardworking, amazing and nice to their customers and get the job done no matter how long the line is.
