I keep giving them chances, but today was my last visit at this location. The girls who working during the evening are loud, obnoxious and care more about their hair, (one ran her hands thru her hair before grabbing the customers cup, no washing of the hands) their phones and talking amongst each other than making drinks in a timely manner. They seem to have some growing up left to do.

Little wait in line, but there were only 2 employees for the entire kiosk. Orders were steady and right as there were no returnees complaining about incorrectly made orders the 15 minutes we were there. Employees were both friendly and efficient.

The baristas here are amazing. They know me well enough that they recommend new drinks or their own secret menu drinks they know I’ll like. They haven’t been wrong yet. They’re friendly, they recall details from your previous visits along with your favorite drinks, they’re outgoing, and even after a long day, they always meet you with a smile. Love these guys!
