I just ordered a caramel cloud macchiato this morning drove 3 minutes home and DIDN’T take ONE sip from this, when I get out my car it looks like this. I’ve ordered this drink plenty of times, so it was made incorrectly. I noticed the top was a little bubbly when I got it, which it’s not supposed to be. There’s absolutely NO cloud foam on it now.

They seem to be working out kinks within their store. I say this because everytime I go there’s somebody there doing maintenance or either boxes of Starbucks items out in the store. Items that need to be put out on the shelves. I usually order a White Chocolate Mocha and they’ve never messed that up. BUT one time I ordered plain iced coffee with sugar only and it was so nasty I spit it out and through it away. So I wouldn’t recommend any of there regular coffees at this location. Just stick with the mixed drinks and you should be fine.

Unfortunately, the staff is still a concern. They have made some improvements but some of their attitudes are an issue. You can feel how much hate they have for their job from the moment you walk in, it’s written on their face. It’s not a comfortable location to visit. The disgusted look and or glares almost always happen when you add something extra to your drink. It occurs with the same people and it doesn’t matter what time you go in. Overall, a lot of their behavior and attitudes are unacceptable and down right disrespectful.

Rude cashier … rather than take the order of the couple in front of us he called us out for “needing to social distance” however we were standing on a specified spot designated by the store. 4 customers three baristas and instead of doing his job in a timely manner he would rather reprimand people for no reason … we left I’ll get coffee off base.

Despite working right down the street, I’d rather drive 6 miles to the next Starbucks than go here. My favorite drink, Matcha Green Tea Latte, ALWAYS tastes like straight iced milk. The first time, i gave them the benefit of doubt but after the third I quit. The employees are nice and the store is nice, but what I’m paying for isn’t on par.

So this is not the first time I have had an item forgotten. Usually I can just brush it off because they have lots of customers and are busy. However, this day was different. I walked in and at first it was roughly 6 people in line. By the time I was rung up there was only 3 people in line. I ordered 3 items I got my first two in a timely manner but my 3rd item took roughly 15mins before I had to remind the lady that I never received it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the first 10minutes but after that it was just because they forgot it. No I was not apologized to nor as I left was I told anything. Really sad since they are usually happy and welcoming when you get there.

I’ve been a regular customer here for close to 2 1/2 years and after my interactions this morning, I give up on this location. The amount of disrespect and audacity some of this staff has to be rude and act as requesting a straw is such a disservice to them is ridiculous. One day I’m treated with hellos and the next day Im a complete and total bother to them just walking up to place my order.
