Hit or miss on whether the order is served right depending on which staff member is there. I tried using the app to order ahead to ensure accuracy, as one staff member very rudely confronted me that it was impossible to ring up my order (despite having ordered it multiple times before with no problem with other staff). However, they have seemingly turned off order ahead with app all day every day for over 2 weeks now, so I guess no more orders from me.

this is definitely my favorite starbucks ever! the staff is ALWAYS super nice at drive thru. the wait is usually pretty long for it but its worth it. never had a bad coffee from here or a bad experience and i’ve gone at least 20 times.

They are out of everything, rude. They gave me the wrong cruisant. Went back in to get the right one. I had took one bite and them tore it in half to see that it was wrong. The staff member said I ate it and said he couldn’t put it back. So , I told him that in fact not true. I ask the Manger why in the world would you put food back that left out of your store. I am town visiting family, thank you for reminding me why I left this idiotic town.

My daughter and I walked up to the register at Starbucks in Kroger and greeted the cashier Sarah. She didn’t greet us back and didn’t ask us what we wanted to order. She just stood there and stared until my daughter placed her order. I even made the comment “No greeting” and she just stood there and stared. She wasn’t pleasant at all and didn’t say thank you after we ordered. I’m not sure what her problem is but she probably shouldn’t be working customer service. I don’t expect anyone to bend over backwards for me but at least be courteous when I’m spending my hard earned money. Kudos to Makayla – who prepared our order – she thanked us when she gave us our drinks. I’m not used to bad service at Starbucks so I wanted to comment so this doesn’t become the norm!
