I always order White Chocolate Mocha this day it was warm … I was so upset. Make sure that you take a sip out of it before you leave, to make sure it’s hot! Otherwise it was delicious as usual.

The fact that an employee (at the time was trying to be professional, yet, turned out to be sarcastic because I was a newbie to the area) was trying too hard to serve customers, the manager came right in and said, “Welcome to Starbucks,” she looked at him and completely changed her service! The refresher was so delicious, strawberry acái (that is)…I am Not a mocha drinking individual BUT PLEASE GET A Vanilla Chi, OMG Guys, that is Soooo Got Dang Freaking DELICIOUS (that you manager for the sample)!

Convenient location in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, so many mom’s bring their children in and let them run wild. It’s a coffee shop, not a daycare/playground. Kinda wish the employees were able to kick them outside. Hours listed online are incorrect. Nice to stop by when I get a chance, but the hours are frustrating when most folks work during their business hours. This store also doesn’t participate in Starbucks Rewards, which isn’t stated anywhere. The employees are usually chatting amongst one another or eating at the register. The manager is usually seen on her phone. They often don’t have the ingredients for non-coffee drinks. All-in-all, I have to drive to the Starbucks in the PX to get professional service.

Some of the times I would come in the lady would be very rude and be like I can’t hear you and when I would tell them what I wanted they would get my order completely wrong and so most times that’s why I have my husband come in with me because seems like they will listen to him and be super nice with him rather than me! I love Starbucks so much but this location is really starting to get me not to want to go to this one no more.
