A few issues here. Shame on Starbucks for the lack of attention and love to this location. I’m guessing it’s because this store is in a lower end (financially)black neighborhood. The parking lot is filthy, the bathrooms are dirty, and inside of this location is also filthy. If you look behind the counter while ordering you will see food, paper and what looks like tile that has not been moped in weeks. The lobby needs a desperate clean and make over also.Yesterdays visit 5/26/2023- I ordered a breakfast sandwich & drink on the app. When I arrived my sandwich was not on the counter. I asked a barista for my sandwich then another lady out loud said “ I made it, but I don’t know where I put it” laughed and walked off. I’m still looking for the joke. Todays visit 5/27/2023- even worst, Whoever is hiring & managing this location, shame on you. The staff is extremely slow, rude & clearly don’t want to be there or high. I stood at the counter waiting to be assisted while everyone walked around preoccupied completely ignoring me. I was not greeted when I entered and I had to ask for help. The young lady looked at me & walked over to another barista and asked “who had the front”. Personal appearance by the staff also is not good. This is consistently the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I won’t be back.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! I was having just the most horrible day so I decided to treat myself with a caramel frap. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and smile from the staff! There was a small line and they let me know immediately that they will be right with me. I shared a couple laughs with the cashier and just had an overall outstanding experience. My day was definitely brightened by this experience and I will definitely be coming back. Much love to the staff!! ❤️❤️

I paid $7.10 only to get a few sips out of my venti Frappuccino. The manager says I’d have to pay for another one. This picture is the ice that was left. This is the only location I’ve been to that has had this ice issue.

I order a java chocolate chip frap. With wip. And and a java chocolate chip mint franp today. From what my friend told me and mine had no taste. It was like milk, and coffee, that’s it. This was really disappointing. I’m afraid,I’ll have to go to a different location next time. Maybe I’ll have better luck.

Where to even begin this Starbucks has got to be by far the worst Starbucks and I’ve been too many not only in the U.S but Canada every time I go to this location I always get mad at myself for expecting different I got a ice coffee and literally got 3 sips of it the ice was literally touching the inside of the lid another time I ordered through app just to see they were closed and they do it a lot I feel like they need someone from higher up to come in and get that place in order they also close whenever they feel like was outside with another customer one day because I had ordered through the app and she was like oh yeah this location closes whenever they like I don’t like to complain but enough is enough I think it’s time for me email head office because there little responses to all these complaint aren’t cutting it for me. Dunn location do better this isn’t cheap coffee and I’ve seen other Starbucks that would really put yours to shame needs new management
