A year ago in 2022 this used to be my favorite spot. I feel now the staff is under trained and each time I have to try and fix my drink before leaving out which isn’t why I come in the first place. I got my coffee this morning and once again I’m trying to make it correctly. I rarely ever give reviews, however I want the best for my one favorite spot and know the constructive criticism may get it back. It’s not the service, it’s the training, or lack of.

My boyfriend and I went to Starbucks today at 3:40, we ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and an iced caramel macchiato. When we got our coffees (15 minutes later).. They barely put any espresso in the caramel macchiato so it was mostly milk. And the caramel ribbon crunch wasn’t made how it normally is. They didn’t put any whipped cream at the bottom of the cup. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks, when the 2 ladies that were there today, are working. They messed up multiple people’s orders that had been waiting longer than me and my boyfriend.

I went to get coffee last night. I checked the hours it said they were open till 8pm. I was there before 7:30pm. They were closed. It was a disappointment to drive all the way there and it be closed. Also very inconvenient. Truly a bad experience.

only giving 2 stars because they remade the drink last time, but don’t bother going here. you could do better at home. ive came here a couple times since moving to this side of town and each time the workers are short with you and the drinks are awful. seriously need to shut it down and train their employees.

Incompetent, understaffed, horrible execution and memory.. everything is consistently out and they don’t remind you until you’ve ordered and paid for you 7 dollar drink only to end up settling for a 5 dollar drink.

I was at this Starbucks at about 150 or 55 this afternoon. I ordered two drinks and a cake pop. The cake pop was not given to me and the hot mocha I ordered was iced. People make mistakes. Good customer service tells you to acknowledge, correct (if possible) and help to move forward. The issue I have is when I asked if it was “hot” the short brunette working said “no, as it supposed to be?” When I folliwed that up with “yes” instead of realizing or saying “sorry, im going to fix that” she said to me “you should just take this because were just gonna throw it away or give it to someone else.” I think I reached my level of annoyance at the statement and threw the drink in the trash. I think when she realized how I felt she tild me shed make another one as uf she had sone chore to do. The drink the cake pop money wasted. The experience disasterous. The purpose of this is to help your establishment/staff understand customer service and perspective. Training to customer service might be beneficial for this staff member. Chances are this goes ignored and I get some bot “sorry about for your experience response” which I expect to happen. The bottom line is, today, I was I had two things stolen from me by this establishment the 1st- my hard earned money (originally drink order and cake pop wasnt received.); the 2nd- decent customer service.

My local Starbucks is at 1701 East Nine Mile Road Pensacola Florida. Me and my best friend have coffee six mornings a week and we order the same thing every morning every single day. My iced latte skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte keto friendly drink is perfect everyday and my best friend says hers is perfect also. These guys and girls that work at this Starbucks are top tier employees and they make me feel like a king the second I walked in to the second I leave and I have an outstanding morning solely because of these guys and the way they make me feel. I love going there every morning, they always greet me every single morning and always makes me feel so good and on top of that the drinks are always perfect.
