This is the second time I’ve been in there and each time the lack of acknowledgment while waiting is unbelievable. I literally just left there after the girl behind the counter was talking to another employee. Great Starbucks, friendly staff! The baristas always recommended drinks to me and I’m never disappointed! Even when they are understaffed and out of things they still manage to pull off a great drink! One barista in particular, always makes my Frappuccino’s pretty! 5/5, thanks girls!

There were 4 people behind the counter, just chatting, hanging out, while there were 3-4 people in line waiting for service. I had to leave the line after waiting for a while, as I didn’t have all day to wait around for them to get to it.

This is such a weird location because no matter what I order, it’s wrong. I’ve even tried showing them previous orders on my app and asking for that exact drink. Nope.. still wrong. All the other Starbucks get it right. This is just… a weird location.

Carmen is amazing! She made my hot chocolate exactly how I love it, and was an absolute delight in general! My best friend jokingly said “queen of the world” when Carmen asked for my name on the order, and she put it on the cup anyway!
