I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt like today i needed too. I ordered on the mobile app and went to pick it up as I work next door, so the walk isn’t bad. But to everyone’s surprise the doors were locked due to short staffing. I understand that completely. The issue is that it took so much longer to return to work to get in my car, to then wait in line to pick up my order. Not only that, I couldn’t even drink my drink bc I found a bug in it. Lastly, when I called previously to politely ask about the closing, the extra comment of “I can’t stop my job to open the door for you” was really unnecessary. It should have been a simple “no, I am sorry” or take the initiative to exceed your customer service job regardless of the obstacles, just as everyone faces in every job. The mobile app should have been shut down during this time to avoid these issues. I understand the employee perspective, but the customer in this situation pays for the consequences when their time and money is wasted..

Only bad experience I’ve had at a Starbucks is at this location. While I understand there are peak hours and service might take longer, 35 minute delay for a mobile order is unacceptable. And this is was not from the time I made the order, but from the pick up time. Drive thru orders were moving along smoothly, so maybe better management is needed to improve the flow.

Yeah… I’ve tried over and over again and have given them the benefit of the doubt each time. I will not be returning! I don’t see how they can even call themselves a Starbucks at this point, it’s absolutely the worst one I’ve ever been to. The owner should be absolutely ashamed and take the time to train employees to be successful baristas. However it’s clear the owner/management doesn’t care as there are no responses to all the negative reviews this establishment has. I have paid my last $8 for a grande brown sugar oat milk hand shaken espresso to only get a cup full of oat milk and ice! Good luck

Everytime I come to this Starbucks I get excited because the line is not wrapped around the corner like other locations. HOWEVER I now see why. Mobile order pick up is slower than the drive thru and regular line. After waiting 20 mins for a mobile order you get a cup of milk and cream. I will have to join the long line at the Starbucks on 301. Please train your baristas to make coffee . This is not a brown sugar oatmilk

I’m very curious on how everyone gets trained to work here or if management is even working? When there is no one inside and only 4 cars in the drive through, why am I waiting 20 minutes for coffee? When I finally get to the window everyone is moving like snails, no motivation to move quickly. No one telling the employees to hurry up. I really wasn’t going to leave a review after our visit to this location yesterday, but after reading other reviews, I couldn’t help but chime in. Went inside and ordered 2 drinks (coffee & latte), and 2 food items. Very easy and quick options. However, the latte took 10 minutes. The female working in the middle (not doing anything other than putting lids and cups away) decided she was going to make us wait, and continued to unpack lids and put them away. One worker was making Venti cold drinks for the drive-thru and one other worker even said to the one who was supposed to be working on my latte…isn’t someone waiting for a latte?” She mumbled something under her breath to her and cintinued to do other things rather than make our latte. I ignored her and just walked around, but the whole time I was watching her. After what she thought was long enough, she decided to get working on it. My guess after reading other reviews? Unless you leave a hefty tip, you’ll wait for your drink. I tipped, maybe not to her satisfaction, so I think someone needs to look into why people are disappointed with their visit to this location. Don’t let one disgruntled employee ruin it for everyone.

8/10/23 8:00 am: Waited 23 mins in line (which is unacceptable) to place my order just to get to the window and be denied my beverage and pastries. The manager Devin started he could not take cash and if he did the only option was to give $1 bills as change. When choosing that option he seemed bothered that it was chosen.

No consistency. I order the same drink every day and most of the time it’s disgusting. Rarely is it made correctly. They also need to do something about the drive thru set up and traffic flow. Needs to be moved to another location.
