The cashier was very rude to me. That day my throat was so bad that I couldn’t speak to place my order so I used a photo of the coffee I needed, The cashier didn’t care about the specification and she spoke to me in a derogatory manner. As a result, the barista was making a cold coffee instead of a hot one, I pointed out the mistake and the cashier (Connie, I think her name was) apologized to the barista, not to me as a customer, loudly saying that that happens order with photo. I felt so offended and sad, for getting this derogatory treatment, without considering my physical limitation. This is the second time that employees who work in Starbucks stores treat me like this, this is at Target in Lakeland and the other at the Marriot hotel in Clearwater.

The staff didn’t acknowledge me. I stood on line for about 2 mins while they were talking about what they couldn’t find. All 3 and when I ordered the staff was making my drink left to attend the other staff cause she said come look at this the nitro machine. The place was not busy but I had to wait.

A young man waited on me, very knowledgeable. I do believe Starbucks could have used more than one person which is what I normally see. Right I would like to see at least two people behind their trying to get items out to customers. You know when you ask for the wrong coffee and you don’t like it? Not the best way to start the morning, for sure. So I decided to go back in line for a different one. The clerk had a smile on her face and a super friendly attitude. She asked me what was wrong and she “created” something special for me. It was my new favorite coffee , I’ve been asking for that one since then.
