Andrew was great yesterday via Drive thru. I explained to him about an error that occurred with my drink at another location and exactly how I wanted my drink to be. He apologized for my inconvenience at another location and gave me my drink free, I now will ensure I add this location to my route instead of the other location. I was not expecting anything free, I was just trying to learn how to order my drink the correct way and he coached me on it and made up for it. Great Service, thank you Andrew.

This is second visit to this location when the drive-thru attendant became rude. She was having a problem with her microphone and could not hear me when I raise my voice she scolded me and said I was screaming. The first time I complained that my extra hot latte was not hot enough the young men argued we only heat to 155 degrees.. he was quite snotty… Additionally, I just realized after reading other reviews it’s simply a waste of time they just send you to another website to make another complain that’s not public… As much as I like Starbucks I’m just about done.

I really want to give it 5 stars because Lisa, Rafael and the morning drive thru crew are on point and I love their service. Unfortunately their manager has ruined it and I cannot. A few weeks ago I PAID for my order along with a tip on my card ( with proof on my card app that the transaction was approved and money was taken out) and the manger approached me the next day saying it was declined and that she would be charging me again. No ma’am. I showed her it went through on my end. For the past two weeks I have heard nothing else, haven’t seen her, and have still been coming as usual sometimes 2 times a day. No issues. Today she is there and AGAIN brings up the issue and again I show proof I paid!! What is her deal?! Back off me!!! Leave me alone!!! I spend like $100 in there easy a week and you are being a bully. Yes, I lost my cool, but you pushed me!!! I pay for my stuff! Loser.

Two weeks in a row we have experienced the rudeness of Lisa in the drive thru. I placed my mobile order after grocery shopping in the parking lot of the Publix up the road. She lectured me about showing up too soon and told me that next time I needed to wait longer because I’m messing up her drive thru times. First of all I ordered and then drove for a little bit to get there so I didn’t just place the order. What difference would it make if I placed my order in the drive thru she would have had to make it right then. I was never in a hurry and never asked for anything to be rushed and no one was behind me in line either time. She just went on and on lecturing me. The 2nd time it happened I did let her know I didn’t need her lecturer or for her to be rude and she snapped at me again. Then instead of giving me my drinks she made me pull around to the front of the store and made an employee bring them out to me. There were several cars in front of me between the ordering sign and the window and no one behind me so I wasn’t being rushed she just thought she needed to teach me a lesson. I’ve never ever had an issue mobile ordering at any other location and only at this location on Sundays when it’s Lisa at the drive thru. Perhaps if she hated her job and Starbucks customers so much she should find a new job.

The people in front of me were waited on. Once I got to the counter waited 10 mins while some worked but half weren’t and were standing around doing nothing or just talking, looking at me and not saying a word. Not ok. I had to physically speak up which I don’t like to do. Once I gave my order another pair walked up within a minute and were helped immediately. She was helped by one of the ones that were just standing around before looking and not helping. I felt that this location was racial profiling, maybe not intentional who knows. But def this location needs some diversity and training.

The past few times I’ve been here my order was messed up. Today I ordered 3 drinks, 2 of which they couldn’t make because they didn’t have the proper ingredients. and they were filled less than half way, Coffee from Starbucks is expensive I would like to get what I actually pay for.

I worked at Starbucks for 5 years so I try to be understanding of how difficult and stressful working at Starbucks can be sometimes. I still love Starbucks and go quite often. Lisa is usually the one at this location who works DTO in the morning and takes orders at the drive thru. This morning, I placed a mobile order on my way into work before I got to my office and then went through the drive thru to pick it up. Lisa had made a comment that I placed my order only 5 minutes ago by the time I got to the drive thru and that I should look at my app and show up to the store at the time when it says it will be ready approximately because this ultimately slows down Starbucks drive thru times, which I know can happen when mobile orders are backed up. Personally, I don’t want my drink sitting after it’s been ready and in my experience if there are a lot of mobile orders flooding in, if someone comes through the drive thru to pick it up, we grab that one and make it for them. Very simple. Starbucks is obsessed with making drive times as low as possible so much they make nasty/unnecessary comments to customers. of course, customers can be ridiculous and demanding, but this store is just so extra and have become obsessed with trying to train their customers to be perfect so drive times can look the best. There is no need for this.

I wasn’t able to get her name, but thank you for your awesome customer service skills. You managed to get a smile out of me after a rough day at work. I appreciate the Cake Pop, first time trying them. Keep it up and keep being you!

Starbucks is truly missing the mark with this location. Not only was my drink awful it was scorching hot when I had specified “warm” on the mobile order, ergo there should have been zero equivocation with the temperature. The egg bites were cold. All in all, I would avoid this Starbucks like the plague. When I walked in to pick up my order, the staff seemed disgruntled by the very fact that they had a guest. Be mindful of this location as it is a quick turn off Del Prado; this unit is located in a ‘baby strip mall’ next to T-Mobile and Chipotle.

Why does Starbucks think it’s ok to charge over $5 a drink when the workers don’t make it how you order??? I get mistakes however, when I asked for extra caramel and the ticket specifies line cup with caramel, it’s not made that way.
