I ordered a caramel frap at the A-gate Starbucks in the Birmingham, AL airport. It was hardly sweet at all. I took it back and was told VERY loudly by a young woman that frappuccinos are not sweet to which I responded I’ve had like 500 fraps before and I know what they are supposed to taste like. Another very polite young man named Eric remade my drink with no questions asked. He behaved as someone in customer service SHOULD. If I’m going to pay $7.15 for a drink I want it made correctly.

The girl is working by herself. I mean wow!! She can memorize your order and have the patients to serve everyone. I counted that she served both food and drinks to 15 people in a 20 minute time frame. Not impressive? Well, each customer on average had 2 drinks a piece. Now add on top all the modifications people made on their drinks. All I know is that @Starbucks should give her a huge raise. SHE is the reason this location thrives. Keep up the good work!!

I see a lot of negative reviews but when I was here at 6:30 I didn’t have any trouble. They had five people ahead of me and got me in and out in more than a reasonable amount of time. My order was correct and they were friendly.

I did a mobile order while I was waiting in the TSA line. It was supposed to be competed by 4:18, but it was not. So I waited til 4:26 before I went up to an employee to ask about my order. The employee showed me the sticker of my order and said she would start it right away. At 4:38 I still did not receive my order so I decided to stand in line and ask for a refund. When I made it to the front of the line my order was STILL not started. It wasn’t until I talked to another employee, that the first one I talked to actually began my order. Good thing I had an hour to spare before my flight or I would not have gotten my drink. I don’t recommend for anyone under a time crunch.

Employees are clueless on what’s going on. One lady is putting in work, making the wrong drinks for customers only because the person taking orders is putting the order in wrong. Another lady doesn’t know how to operate the oven and rather sit down and play on her phone than work! Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Not to mention they’re out of coffee at a coffee shop. SMH. New management please

Starbucks needs to staff this location with people who want to be there. The staff I encounter on 6/18 were unfriendly and borderline rude. My beverage took almost 6 minutes for preparation. Whoever manages this location is doing a terrible job.

If I could give less than one star I would. I stood at the entrance to the store for 35 minutes and they are still not open! There is an employee in the corner sleeping, but has yet to open the store.
