This location needs to close down. They are ALWAYS out of the things they advertise on the menu. And then they try to substitute it for something that’s lesser which defeats the purpose of the drink. NO I don’t want regular milk when the drink comes with coconut milk. Like I’m not fixing to pay for $10 for a drink when most of it regular milk I hate this Starbucks so bad ! Whoever is the manager needs to be fired cause this is a repeated thing. DO BETTER !!!! Cause at this point this ain’t even Starbucks no more

My go to place for studying, and getting mobile orders! Whenever I get a mobile order here, they always wait till I arrive to start the drink that way it doesn’t get watery or gross. Always looking out for their customers. Love the attitude and service. Most of the time you can go to any Starbucks and get the same drink at any location but good service can be hard to come by.

I frequent this location now that I moved out here and normally there’s only a slightly better atmosphere than Dunkin up the road…if you know you know. But today I came through the drive thru and the lady on the speaker was just the sweetest thing. Met her at the window and she was a red head, didn’t catch a name, she was so friendly and had a conversation with me and my sister. She made our day. Thursday June 8 about 1:20pm. It’s so refreshing to see happy employees that don’t look at you like you’re messing up their day by coming in. Drinks are awesome too. We love the refreshers there! I got the paradise drink and she got the pink drink

Me and mom went to this Starbucks after therapy. The service is great i especially like the young girl (I think she’s in her 20’s?) I have no idea what her name is but I remembered it started with a S what was shown on the name tag. She’s got this cheery attitude but it’s not overbearing. She also joked about them being out of cake pops which I thought was funny. She also suggested my mom to switch out ingredients in her coffee that way she can say what she wanted without it being a mouthful (very helpful!!) She was really kind enough to explain what a “blond shot” is because I don’t go to Starbucks often enough to know. We’ll be coming every Tuesday, can’t wait to see her again!
