I have tried drinks from here on multiple occasions and they are never what they should be. The staff is always young (high school age or in that range) and seems untrained and uneducated in the art of coffee making. My husband and I are avid coffee lovers and refuse to purchase a beverage here again. It is a pity that the drinks have been consistently bad because it is the only coffee shop nearby. The only positive to this Starbucks is that it is a convenient location at which I can purchase the mugs and tumblers that I love so much!

If I could give this location “0” stars, I would. I don’t come here often but every time that I do, there is ALWAYS something! No venti cups, no cloud powder, no almond milk, etc. The manager NEVER LISTENS to your order. She nastily stated that I didn’t ask for what I KNOW I asked for, told me to wait for a refund, handed me money, no apologies, no thank you, NOTHING! This is the absolute worst location and manager I have encountered at any Starbucks I’ve been too across the country!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!!!!

This Starbucks is located inside the Kroger grocery store. I find it very convenient to not have to go somewhere else, so i can purchase coffee while grocery shopping. I have yet to have a bad drink from this location, only once was there too much chocolate in a mocha frappuccino. 9/10

Says it opens at 5:45am, stopped in at 8am and was told it opens “Whenever I’m done brewing coffee.” I work at Starbucks and I know it doesn’t take 20 minutes. I’d appreciate some updates hours of operation on this app so I don’t go out of my way to stop here if it closed.

Starbucks, never heard of it, so I stopped by to check em out. Good thing there were reviews on Google for this little ol coffee shop or I may have never known about it. Turns out home brew off brand coffee is just as good and much cheaper. I’d say, save your money.

This Starbucks is consistently terrible at inventory management. They are constantly out of common items, especially read, on Saturdays. The service is not typical Starbucks quality either. Don’t waste your time going to this one.

Not sure what the problem is with the two female workers here. Ive had them eyeball me and whisper back and forth in an obviously rude manner before but Today, 12-19, my fiance went here specifically and ordered an iced coffee with double cream and double sugar. They put a plain black iced coffee on the counter. After discussing with the customer behind her, my fiance asked if the drink was for someone else and the two girls began VERY unprofessionally gossiping about my fiance, speaking over her, and rolling their eyes to each other saying “Yuh she ordered a black coffee. Yeah gurl She lyin’ She lyin’”
