Inside grocery store. The staff here was VERY kind. We recieved some looks from staff working grocery store. LGBTQ colors were worn by myself and my 22yr old. I wouldn’t say the company isn’t kind. Just a few of the store staff members had that mean look to them. Starbucks staff was wonderful.

The baristas were talking and bs with eachother and they were on there phones. They made my coffee wrong then made it right. There was no line and it took them almost 5 minutes to make the drink.

Teenagers work the counter. They stand around talking, while I was waiting to give my order. I actually had to finally ask to be waited on. The young man wasn’t happy about that. He interrupted me a couple times, before I could get my order conveyed. He was rude and short with me. He sat my order on the counter, when I extended my hand to accept it. The coffee was all over the cup. It’s the only Starbuck’s in Athens, to my knowledge. ✌️

Well what can I say I truly love a great cup of Java! I great cup of Joe can literally bring me from a 0 – sad / negative day to 10 – lets take over the world amazing day! Thats right! A great cup of Joe can make my day a fantastic energetic happy day. However, the chances of me getting a good cup of Java is nearly impossible at times. To be honest I usually don’t go to Starbucks to get my coffee. Reason being I usually stay away from chains in general, unless it is convenient like today. However, I am so glad that I did so today. As soon as I got to the counter I was welcomed with a huge happy smile. I was served and taken care of by Baristas Jada and Grace both where so wonderful, super knowledgeable and so patient with me as I tried to get to know the menu that I decided to go ahead and try a venti iced caramel machiatto. Oh my heavens! This beautiful drink looks like a coffee piece of art beautiful… just beautiful! The flavor was elegant satisfying and so comforting. Just what I needed to take my day from basic to extraordinary!. Thank You barrista Jada and thank you barrista Grace for reminding me that a great cup of joe is not just in the flavor is also in the customer service and the love that is put into!!! I’m so happy now asking my beautiful cup of java!!!
