I was going to give this one here a 5 star because their so much better then the other one, but however I did give them a 1 because the guy that works there in the evening is rly rude and hateful. I want be back there. I’m not going to be yelled at because their cleaning and breaking the machine down. I just walked in there and was standing there didnt have time to speak and he yelled at me WE CANT DO FRAPPUCCINOS. I look at the lady and asked if they was out and thats when i found out they was breaking down the machine. They close at 8 it was like 7:20ish. I don’t know how they keep their jobs by being rude and hateful I’m just saying. The reviews on these employees that work there are awful. I normally don’t leave reviews at all but I had to say something about this.

I rarely leave bad reviews. This one is well deserved. Worst service ever at a starbucks. Barista refused to make drink as ordered. Wound up having to get a manager involved to simply make the drink as ordered and the barista was very rude about it. I ordered a strawberry acai, light water, i was told that extra base wasn’t an option. I said that it was an option because it is at any other Starbucks. Instead she made the drink with light base. When my wife’s drink tasted like water she took it back in for a refund or remake. It took us 45 minutes but it was worth the wait when the manager finally made her make the drink correctly. We have never been treated disrespectfully until today at a Starbucks. Needless to say, we won’t ever be back to this one.

first of all, the coffee I got was not even close to what I wanted. the ladies were very rude, and I ordered a pastry that looked like a Debbie cake in a pack that I had to wait 30 minutes for and they didn’t even ask if I was waiting on something when I was CLEARLY waiting for something I was missing

Sam working the counter and brewing today did an amazing job! Not only were my drinks perfect, he also had a wonderful attitude with kindness and completely keeping his cool, helped each customer. Super impressed and glad to interact with Sam today at this Starbucks in Target 🙂

Nice barista but I am ASTONISHED that I just paid $5.65 for a not so grande chai latte because I ordered it with almond milk. They arbitrarily add .80 to your tab if you forgo dairy. Why this charge? Almond milk is about the same price as dairy. Would love to know the real reason that Starbucks is promoting dairy and punishing non dairy customers. Hmmmmmmm…
