I am a regular Starbucks customer because I like their coffee. This Starbucks location is the worst I have ever been in !! They NEVER have fresh coffee ready!! I ordered & for paid a tall Pike Place this afternoon. After waiting almost 10 minutes, while baristas changed shifts-counting money in registers, laughing, talking ignoring customers, they finally began making fresh coffee. I turned around and walked out. I will not be back.

Best Starbucks in Hixson — actually has space for seating. Great interior atmosphere and actual seating, and about half the time they make sure the music is not overpowering. Really nice employees as well. I highly approve.

This is a review for the Starbucks inside the Target store building. We ordered 2 drinks today (7-7-22) and both drinks were given to us missing one of the crucial ingredients. We left during a rainstorm so we didn’t wait to go back inside. I wonder how the barista would have handled it if we had returned both drinks.

I came today and got an iced coffee… asked them to just surprise me with what’s put in it.. and just to make it sweet. They did a fantastic job!!! This drink is 10/10. I highly recommended just asking them to surprise you with something. 🙂

Have a friendly staff. I like the way they prepare their drinks. The stars program is fun. I just wish the one time I went into this location they didn’t make me buy something just for using their bathroom. I use the drive thru most of the time anyways.
