Well… it’s Starbucks. There’s a wait… it is what it is. Not good at all, like there was absolutely no sense of urgency or regard for the customers time… but whaddya gonna do? It would have been nice for the Baristas to hustle just a bit more. Expect at least a 30-45 minute wait… which is crazy for one drink… unless you MOBILE ORDER!

Absolutely fantastic Starbucks in The Read Hotel. The bacon and gruyere egg bites were cooked perfectly. The shaken Brown Sugar espresso was made perfectly as well. I love this place!

On multiple occasions ingredients were left off of my coffee without informing me in advance. When asked their response was rude and condescending. I understand supply chain issues and being out of product. However, an item should never be sold without informing the consumer in advance that you replaced an item in an order with another ingredient or left the item off entirely

I’m not sure if today was just a bad day, but I placed a mobile order and had to wait on it for at least 15 minutes, if not 20, before it was ready. There were three items total in the order, two of which were ready when I arrived, but because of the wait on the other one, my coffee and breakfast sandwich got cold. On top of that, the barista was quite rude. I’m sure the stress of being so far behind (and probably angry customers) contributed to that, but it’s difficult being snapped at when you’re trying to wait patiently and are just trying to make sure your order is still in the cue.

Hubby & I stayed at the Read House over the Christmas Holidays & visited this Starbucks multiple times. The staff was friendly & efficient. The store was clean & organized. There seemed to be many regulars as the staff greated many by name. (Nice to see the friendly interactions with the customers) I will definitely go back when in Chattanooga again.
