I very specifically told her when I ordered it that I wanted the cold foam extra thick. I told her that I could not stand it when you pour it in and it all sinks to the bottom. Well, does that look like what I got. Little to no ice. (A cold brew needs ice) That’s a waste of seven dollars. She was the only one working, and there was a line. If I had not been in a hurry, I would’ve had her remade it. If you notice…it’s not even full. ♀️

I wanted to give them one star but the barista this morning redeemed the one from yesterday. I’m very understanding as I have worked as a Starbucks Barista for over two years and I know miscommunications happen but can someone who works with Sumer please tell her an iced white chocolate mocha and and iced coffee with white mocha are not the same? She charged me 6.84 for a drink that is normally under 5 dollars. I understand prices are rising and you told me you charged me for an iced coffee but the receipt clearly says iced white chocolate mocha. For next time, its the iced coffee button and add white mocha which I know is an extra 80 cents and you should too.

I would of easily gave 5 stars if it was not for the older woman who works mornings. I am pretty sure that she is the manager but I have to say her whole demeanor and attitude just are ugly. I mean she is just a ugly person on the inside. I’ve seen her kick a harmless homeless girl out who was charging her phone. I understand completely if that woman had been causing a disruption or being messy, but she was polite and minding her own business.

I’ve enjoyed coming to this Starbucks. Recently the individual Starbucks stores have been out of so much but this one always has everything. Most of the employees know my roommate and I by now lol. Sumer suggested a certain way to make a drink we love and now we are even more addicted. The employees are all friendly, personable, and kind. I prefer to come to this Starbucks over any other Starbucks in town
