I think there must be something wrong here and/ or someone should retrain this whole store. I would just avoid this one- it is a waste of your time and money every time. There are 4 other Starbucks’ within 15 mins of this one that know what they’re doing.

You will pay more for your coffee at this location than you will at any other Starbucks location bc they are allowed to charge however they please being an independent location, and boy do they! I paid $7 for a coffee I normally pay $4.65 for at any other location. Also, Promotions and rewards are NOT accepted at this location. The only friendly face here is Robert, thank you for your kindness Robert.

I ordered an iced Cocoa cloud macchiato and I was given a Carmel instead. I took it back and the lady told me that it was correct and that’s how you make it when there was no Cocoa on the bottom of the cup or drizzle on the top like always. I get this drink every time I go to a Starbucks. She proceeded to get her book out to show me how it is supposed to be made. Bottom line she refused to admit she was wrong. I would have had her remake it but I would have ended up with the same thing so I didn’t bother. It was a terrible attitude from an employee and it makes me wonder what kind of training these employees get when they are located in a grocery store.

I understand you are a franchise but when you are from out of state and its your BIRTHDAY and there are no other Starbucks for miles you should be able to redeem your bday reward at a franchise store…I drink enough of it a free one won’t matter

Leaving one star because 0 isn’t an option. Management from this ingles and Starbucks is a complete joke. Being a former employee of both ingles and Starbucks I would recommend never waisting your money at this place. Nasty, disrespectful, and over priced. Go to dunkin. Starbucks tastes like piss water.
