I went around 5 pm, and the good selection was limited. The first 2 items I wanted were sold out. Service was good and the staff attentive. It was very quiet, which I needed. I will go back.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The girls that are typically there are so sweet and fast at both taking your order and making your drinks.

Can’t say much, but I’ve worked in numerous amount of Coffee shops. Starbucks always seemed to be a bit overpriced compared to most.

They need to keep the area where people eat clean and tidy. There were crumbs all over the coffee table and chairs.

Just left from here and I am so dissatisfied. Ordered a Mocha Cookie crumble and it was so bitter and sour. Had them redo it and it was still horrible. Even the whipped cream was sour. I just threw it in the trash.

Raven was so nice. She and her co-worker kept the line moving and made our drinks perfectly.

This place gets worse by the day. I walked out with 4 others yesterday after the guy making coffee laughed at the guy whose order he completely messed up. If he treats customers this way I didn’t even want to try and order my drink knowing he wouldn’t get it right anyway. 90% of the time you’ll stand there for several minutes before they will even acknowledge you are there. The young blonde uses the excuse they are all new which is another lie I’ve been going to this place for over a year and they are not new. They all act like it’s a chore to even wait on you with their rude and dismissive attitude. I’m from Seattle for god sakes and you’re not treated like this. We found two new nice coffee shops this weekend 423 coffee wasn’t bad but our new favorite is Dutch Brothers in Morristown. The line went quickly and they are nice and upbeat absolutely worth the drive. The coffee was amazing and zero treated like an inconvenience.
