Their machine was broken and I did not realize she was going to put a filter with coffee grounds and just pour hot water over it. It was disgusting. So bad. Next time just close. We threw it out after one sip. Should have just bought a coffee drink from the grocery.

The redhead in their name Darleen was literally so nice because I couldn’t figure out what I exactly wanted and I brought my service dog with me and she told me about what a pup cup was and she help me find a really good drink. She was amazing.

i normally love starbucks, even in kroger. however this kroger in particular, the red headed female who is normally working always makes me feel unwelcome and is always staring me down as if she would rather be anywhere else serving absolutely anyone else. it seems like the whole starbucks group at this kroger is the same way, but this one particularly because she is always here when i am here, and always serving me. my drink has seemed wrong everytime i’ve gotten one from here. and i worked at a starbucks so i can definitely tell that something is off with my drink when it is made. will never be returning for anything from here. shame that it’s still open.

Went to this location this morning and there was a young lady working there by the name of Alex. She was an incredible barista. My order got a tad complicated but she corrected what was wrong without any hiccups. I appreciate the amazing customer service as well as the amazing drinks!
