This might be dramatic but i take it anymore. Every other time I come to this Starbucks I get the wrong order. The first couple of times I thought it was my fault and that I didn’t make myself clear but this time I went out my way to make sure that I was clear. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel. (So nothing crazy) and still got the wrong order.

Ordered a Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha and it was TERRIBLE besides ALL the unnecessary questions asked when placing my order in the drive thru. I don’t know if she was new but ordering itself was difficult compared to when I come here and order all the other times. I say Mocha, she says hot or cold Latte and I could go on and on. Once I get it and I drive off only to taste it and….. it has too much chocolate flavor, bland, no whip topping and 4 peppermint sprinkles ‍♀️ all I could says was “I won’t my money back and I’m never going back there”. It is nasty, nasty, nasty and I can not drink this. Starbucks is too expensive for my item to not be up to part and terrible. I gave my money AWAY today on something I could not use and I’m not happy about this.

The best Starbucks! Jasmine is my favorite. When I walk up she knows my exact order! They are never out or anything and make the best Iced Caramel Macchiatos! It would be easier going through a drive through but I choose to come here each time because the staff is always so friendly!
